Praguri/Thresholds

"Thresholds" is a photographic art series based on light painting through the camera. Utilizing techniques such as long exposure, as well as different tools of creating and reflecting light, I captured the motion and movement of light through my camera. The series was exhibited at the Inter-Art Galleries in Aiud, Romania. In making these images I only made simple contrast and brightness edits. Therefore, all the light trails seen in the images are straight from the camera. Each image evoked for me a surreal representation of how light moves through our world.
